When your sofa is ready for delivery, we can arrange professional delivery right to your door. Plus, our drivers will unpack and place it where it needs to go with care and take all packaging away for you. The Galieri delivery service is available weekdays and weekends…UK wide.The approximate delivery date we give you is an estimate based on current manufacturing and shipping times. This should be treated as a guide only. Please contact Galieri customer support should you require an updated estimate. If for any reason no one is home to receive your sofa at the arranged delivery time and a second delivery is required, an additional delivery fee will be charged to your account. A friendly staff member will give you a call either the night before or the morning prior to delivery and let you know the 3-hour window in which your new sofa will be delivered. Make sure you advise our team of anything we need to know that could make delivery difficult such as stairs or restricted access. TIP: Prior to any purchase, we recommend that you read our Galieri ‘Good Fit Guide’ to ensure the sofa you have selected will fit through your doorways and access points. In order to process the booking of your delivery any outstanding balances need to be cleared 2 business days prior to delivery. This can be done over the phone or in any one of our showrooms.
Our Galieri delivery team is big on safety. Ensuring your new sofa arrives in perfect condition is our highest priority. Our delivery teams will always let you know if they can see any situation that might risk damage to your furniture and discuss options with you so that this is avoided. We can assist you with any repairs at your expense. Once your delivery is complete our team will gladly remove all packaging, taking it with them and ensure your new sofa is left clean and ready to use. Some other things you should know are that our delivery drivers are unable to move existing furniture into other rooms and due to OH&S laws our delivery drivers cannot remove their shoes when entering your home. Our delivery team will make certain that the new addition to your home is delivered safe and sound, however should you have concerns with your delivery service please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your new sofa.
